Course Petitions

When a course does not automatically transfer to Washington State University, you need to fill out a petition form. 

For departmental courses use the following form and return it to Sloan Hall Room 103.  Please provide supporting documentation with your petition such as a course description or course syllabus.  You may use one form for multiple course petitions.

For General Education courses, please use the Transfer Course Petitions form.  You can pick up a copy in Sloan 103 or download the following form.  Return the completed form with supporting documentation to Sloan 103.
