| 1Classes that must be completed prior to certification. 2General Education Requirement courses. These 18 credit hours will be completed. Student with a PSED of Fall 2000 and after must satisfy the Diversity [D] requirement. 3Course strongly recommended for an Environmental Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering Emphasis. 4Course strongly recommended for a Structural Engineering emphasis. 5Elective Courses: The total credit hours for elective courses must be distributed such that at least 3 courses, not including the lab, are DES (design emphasis) in order for a student to qualify for a degree. CE electives including CE laboratory will be selected from at least two different areas (environmental, geotechnical, hydraulics, structural, and transportation/pavement). 6 CE 465 may be taken in either Fall or Spring semester, depending on the choice of class, recommended during last semester. *Two CE elective courses must be completed before enrollment in CE 465. 7Certified major in CE, or instructor permission required. |
