EIT Exams

Students in their last semester as WashingtonStateUniversity are required to take the EIT/FE exam in order to graduate. 

Students can download and copy the application from the following link: http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/651018.pdf.  Fill in the form and bring it to Sloan 103 to get a signature.  Follow the instructions on the form of where to mail it and enclose a check for $30.  The Department of Licensing will process your form and all applicants who are approved to take a test must pay a fee to Engineering and Land Surveying Examination Services (ELSES, LLC), to cover the cost of preparing, administering, and grading the exams.

Note: Once you receive a letter from the DOL approving you to take the exam, you must register with ELSES by their deadline.

Deadline:
The deadline to submit the form is 4 months prior to the test date.  (Dec 12, 2007 for April 12, 2008 test date).
